Warranty Policy

Our commitment when something is not quite right with your order — alongside the rights you already have under EU law.

Overview

At PIUMA HOME, every product is selected and inspected with care. If something does not meet the standards you expect, our warranty is here to make it right.

Coverage

Our commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This includes:

Defects in materials that affect the use of the product.
Workmanship issues that appear under normal, intended use.
Functional faults present at the time of delivery.

What’s Not Covered

Normal wear and tear over time.
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling or accidents.
Damage caused by improper cleaning or care.
Cosmetic variations natural to handcrafted or natural materials.
Items modified or repaired outside our authorised process.

How to Report an Issue

Email support@piuma.online with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
Attach photos showing the defect from multiple angles, plus any relevant packaging.
Our team will review your case and respond — typically within 24 hours.

Replacement Process

Where possible, we will replace the affected item free of charge. Replacements ship as soon as the issue is confirmed and stock is available.

Refund Cases

Where a replacement is not possible — for example, if the item is no longer available — we will offer a full refund to your original payment method.

Customer Rights Under EU Law

Independently of our 12-month commercial warranty, you benefit from the EU statutory legal guarantee of conformity for goods, which covers any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. Your statutory rights are not limited or affected by this Warranty Policy.
