How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days for most countries. Express shipping options (3–7 days) are available at checkout for select locations. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email within 24 hours.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €60. Orders under €60 are charged a flat shipping fee depending on your location, shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We ship to 50+ countries worldwide including the USA, UK, Germany, France, Australia, Canada, and more. Your full list of available countries is shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number. Visit Track Your Order and enter your details to see real-time shipping updates.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes are possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at support@piuma.online as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to help.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@piuma.online with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and send you a return label within 1 business day.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your returned item. The money will appear on your original payment method within your bank's standard processing time (usually 1–3 additional days).
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry this happened. Please photograph the damage and email us at support@piuma.online within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately, at no cost to you.

Can I use a discount code?
Yes! Enter your discount code in the promo code field at checkout. Current codes include PIUMA15 (15% off) and SUMMER25 (25% summer sale). Only one code can be used per order.
