If Tracking Isn’t Updating

If your tracking has not updated for several days, this is usually due to scanning delays at the carrier. If you’re still concerned:

  • Wait 48 hours after dispatch for the first scan.
  • Check your spam folder for the shipping confirmation email.
  • Make sure your delivery address is correct and accessible.
